Announcing New Giving Clubs for Donor Recognition

Trustees of Passavant Area Hospital Foundation have established new giving club levels to honor and recognize loyal donors who generously support Passavant Area Hospital. This commitment to provide for local healthcare needs and the future of Passavant Area Hospital is sincerely appreciated.

Passavant Legacy Society
Planned gifts include future commitments through bequests and provisions in trusts; farms and real estate; stocks or savings bonds; and beneficiary designation of retirement plan benefits or IRAs, charitable gift annuities and life insurance policies. Declaration of your intentions allows us to thank you for your foresight and generosity. These declarations not only assist Passavant, but serve to inspire others.

Passavant Cornerstone Society
This unique giving club recognizes donors who make a significant one-time gift or pledge their  support over time. With this pledge opportunity, a larger commitment can be realized by individuals and businesses with a desire to do more to help Passavant improve and expand both programs and services. Passavant Cornerstone Society names will be permanently listed on the donor display in the Main Lobby.

$10,000 or more – A single gift of $10,000 or more, or a pledge of $1,000 or more annually over a period of up to 10 years

Annual Giving Clubs
Annual donors make a difference at Passavant with their financial support that can be counted on year after year. Donations expand wellness programs, purchase life-saving equipment and help  provide high-quality healthcare through continued excellence. Gifts of all sizes are valued and  appreciated.

Donor names will be listed on the donor display in the Main Lobby at these levels:

Diamond Club $5,000 or more
Platinum Club $2,500 – $4,999
Gold Club $1,000 – $2,499
Silver Club $  500 – $  999
Bronze Club $  100 – $  499

Friends of Passavant who make donations up to $99 will be listed in Foundation publications.

If you prefer to give anonymously, your wish will be honored. For more information, contact Executive Director Pam Martin at 217.479.5575.

Scouts Explore Passavant on Citizenship Day

Posted on: February 17, 2017

Passavant hosted Luke, left, and Ethan Grable Feb. 13 as part of Jacksonville's Boy Scout Citizenship Day. Both are students at Jacksonville High School and members of local Boy Scout Troop 113. Luke spent time with the team in Rehabilitation Services, while Ethan visited the Emergency Department and Air Evac Lifeteam 27. Their brother, Devin, toured Occupational Therapy last year as part of the same event. He'll begin college later this year with the goal of becoming an occupational therapist.
