Blood CenterThe Central Illinois Community Blood Center has been supplying sixteen area hospitals, including Passavant Area Hospital, with blood and blood components (plasma and platelets) for over 33 years.
The nurses from the Blood Center are at Passavant on the first Tuesday (Meeting Rooms 2 and 3) and second Tuesday (Meeting Rooms 1 & 4) of each month from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. New donors are always welcome, as blood usage in Central Illinois continues to rise.
