Corporate Industrial CareWork Site Screenings for Business and Industry
Passavant Area Hospital’s healthcare professionals can bring health screenings to your work site, tailored to fit the needs of your business, and hopefully, save your company dollars in down time. Some of the services offered include:
Lipid Profile and Glucose––identify the risk of developing heart disease with this seven-minute screening. Results provide a total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. The glucose level screens for diabetes. Fasting is required.
Cost $20
Body Fat/Nutrition––evaluate fitness with a body fat analysis. Learn new ideas for healthy eating from a nutrition specialist.
Cost $5
Blood Pressure Screening––learn the risks of high blood pressure with this simple screening.
No charge
Bone Density Screening––learn about osteoporosis, a disease that increases the risk of fracture when bones become less dense. This five minute screening uses the ankle bone to estimate bone density. This screening is for women only.

What is included in Health Risk Assessments?
Each employee that participates will complete a personal wellness profile. Upon completion of the personal wellness profile, employees will receive a personal wellness analysis report, which summarizes many aspects of their personal health. It also offers suggestions for making healthier choices in areas where there is room for improvement. Employers will receive a group summary health report so they may acknowledge the health needs of their employees. Please allow 30 days for results to be returned. After the results have been returned, we are willing to include a health and wellness program for your employees to reinforce the value of a healthy life-style and to provide information and tips on how to make healthy choices.
What is the cost to do Health Risk Assessments for your business?
The fee to the employer is $25 per employee. There is no minimum number of people required to participate in order to complete Health Risk Assessments. Employers of all sizes are encouraged to take advantage of this service.
In addition to Health Risk Assessments, Passavant Area Hospital offers a variety of health programs and wellness screenings that can assist your employees in making healthy life-style changes.
