Admission Info
Admission InfoAll persons to be admitted for either inpatient or outpatient procedures, such as lab tests or x-rays, should go to the Inpatient/Outpatient Registration Area, which is adjacent to the Emergency Room/Fast Track. During the registration/admitting process, information will be requested for your medical records and financial arrangements. All information is confidential. At the time of registration, forms will need to be signed by patients, next of kin, or a durable power of attorney. Please bring a copy of insurance cards to registration. Inpatient room assignment is determined according to medical needs.
Personal Needs
The only personal items that you will need during your hospital stay are toiletries, gown/pajamas, a bathrobe or slippers. Personal aides, such as dentures, eyeglasses, or hearing aids, may be retained in your room. However, please do not leave them where they may be discarded accidentally. Please do not wrap your dentures in tissue or place them on your meal tray. They can easily be lost. A bedside table is provided for storage of your personal articles.
