Location Map & DirectionsPassavant Area Hospital is accessible from the east and from the west via Interstate 36-72, from the south via Route 67, and from the north via Route 78.
East
Exit right on the first Jacksonville exit (Exit 68). Proceed west approximately 2 miles. Highway becomes Morton Avenue after crossing the underpass. Proceed west on Morton Avenue approximately 2 miles until Westgate Avenue. Turn right on Westgate Avenue. Proceed north approximately 1.5 miles until you reach Passavant. Cross West Walnut Avenue and turn right into visitor parking lot. Continue north to Emergency Department entrance.
West
Exit right on the first Jacksonville exit (Exit 60). Proceed north and turn right on Route 36. Route 36 becomes Morton Avenue (Buchheit's store on the left). Continue east on Morton Avenue until Westgate Avenue. Turn left on Westgate Avenue. Proceed north approximately 1.5 miles until you reach Passavant. Cross West Walnut Avenue and turn right into visitor parking lot. Continue north to Emergency Department entrance.
North
Follow Route 78 into Jacksonville to West Walnut Avenue. Turn right (Fanco-Clark Convenience Store on the right) on West Walnut Avenue and proceed approximately 1.5 miles to Passavant. Turn right into visitor parking lot. Turn right at stoplight for Emergency Department entrance.
South
Follow Route 67 into South Jacksonville/Jacksonville. Proceed north until Morton Avenue (ferris wheel on the left). Turn left on Morton Avenue. Proceed west on Morton Avenue approximately 1.5 miles until Westgate Avenue. Turn right on Westgate Avenue. Proceed north approximately 1.5 miles until you reach Passavant. Cross West Walnut Avenue and turn right into visitor parking lot. Continue north to Emergency Department entrance.
