- In 2008, the Laboratory Department was awarded an accreditation by the Commission of Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
- 2007 VHA Leadership Award for Clinical Excellence in Surgical Care, specifically preventing surgical complications and infections.
- The Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corporation recognized Passavant Hospital as the Industry of the Year for 2006.
